Directions for use:
  • The recommended quantity is one to two teaspoons per day (3 to 6g).
  • For those who start using spirulina, it is advisable that, in the first week, the consumption is gradual (starting with a coffee spoon), so that the body gets used to it and limits its detoxifying effects.
  • To keep the properties of spirulina intact, it is advisable not to cook it.
  • Add directly to cooked dishes such as pasta, rice, vegetables, salads, soups, etc.
  • The spirulina sprinkles can be mixed quickly in juices (preferably rich in vitamin C), smoothies or yoghurts, thus transmitting their properties to them.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, protected from the sun.
  • In case of heavy tiredness, or weakened health condition you can increase the daily quantity according to your needs up to three teaspoons (9/10 g) per day.
  • Spirulina from Tomar Natural will always be available in “sprinkles”. If ordered in powder, we will ensure that the product is milled immediately before packaging, so that the time that Spirulina may be subject to oxidation is reduced.
  • Including spirulina in your diet does not replace the practice of a varied and healthy diet nor does it dismiss regular physical exercise.
